“ Such a unique place! Love the artwork and the vibe. Tacos were very tasty and filling. The price for the flight is amazing and it was so much fun trying different flavors. I personally liked the Filthy Fajita the best and the Rooster the least. The special margarita was so-so; a bit small and the shot was very sweet. Not sure what it was, but it didn’t taste like anejo tequila. I will definitely be going back to try more things. ”

“ Agave & Rye was the perfect spot for a birthday dinner with a big group—fun, bold, and full of personality. The dining room has a hip, modern energy, with vibrant decor and a menu that leans into over-the-top creativity. The only hitch was that service, while professional, could’ve been a bit warmer and more dialed in for a group of our size. We kicked things off with a few shared starters. The Buffalo Cauliflower Bites were addictively crispy with a solid kick from the spicy sauce and a cool ranch finish. The Mac N Cheese Donuts were a hit—just as indulgent as they sound—with a perfect contrast between the crispy exterior and creamy center, enhanced by sweet and spicy bacon and a habanero maple dip that could make anything taste good. Taco flights are the move here, and we each tried three. My picks included The Crown Jewel, a decadent blend of buttered lobster, mac & cheese, and truffle oil; The Big Thumper, which featured peppercorn kangaroo and donut pieces (yes, really), and a creative sweet-heat balance with maple syrup and queso; and The Bomb, which combined carne asada and shrimp with smoky chili BBQ jam and crunchy onions—bold and rich without being overwhelming. My wife’s lineup—The Gangsta (birria beef with rice and crema), The Wok & Roll (crispy pork belly and fried rice), and The Snitch (beer-battered cod with vinegar chips)—was just as inventive and well-executed. To drink, I had the Jalapeno Pineapple Rita, which was refreshingly spicy and a great complement to the flavor-packed tacos. This place is definitely not afraid to take risks, and most of them pay off ”
